"I cannot recommend Hannah Brewer at Robbie Streett State Farm highly enough. I have been dealing with a large national bank for my auto insurance needs for some time. I recently switched to State Farm looking for a more local, personal experience. Hannah Brewer’s customer service was exactly what I was looking for. She was a pleasure to deal with. A very personal touch that I greatly appreciated, plus she provided me with excellent insurance coverage at a more reasonable price."

"Tania reached out to "give me a quote", which i say losely because I was never given a quote. I was simply told it was cheaper. From the minute I gave her the coverage levels I wanted, her attitude turned sour. She began questioning why I had the numbers I had, acted like I was doing it wrong, and was trying to sell me various parts of coverage when all I wanted was a quote. Eventually her way of speaking (text) became the larger issue and I decided I didn't want to proceed with a company that can't even hire diplomatic and courteous agents. So rude. Managers - you should read the convo we had and provide coaching."

"As a new State Farm customer moving to SC I contacted Call taker Tanya from Robbie Streett State Farm in February about New auto/home coverage. Tanya gave me quotes on both my auto/home but I explained I wouldn’t be moved in until June 1st 2025’ so I couldn’t get the auto insurance started until then. 2 months later I get a $500 increase on my home owners insurance because I didn’t get my auto discount. Every time I called Tania back I got another excuse and price increase. In June 2025’ our auto insurance started once we moved into SC. When I called back about the umbrella Tanya quoted me at $200 for 1million it had doubled to $390 a year. Tanya was making excuses and was constantly talking over me and would allow me to talk. I asked to speak with my agent Robbie Streett and According to Tanya and the other phone reps you can speak with Robbie Streett unless you make an appointment with him which I can’t because I live in Spartanburg SC 45 minutes away. We have excellent credit and no tickets but our premiums are super high because we moved to SC according to Tanya. Very rude and unprofessional and likes to talk over you. Would not recommend this agency. I’ll be finding another that’s more professional and understanding."

It's important to clarify that insurance rates can be subject to change over time due to various factors, including the length of time between a quote and policy activation, and updated underwriting information. When a policy is activated several months after an initial quote, premium adjustments can occur. Regarding the umbrella policy, the price increase you noted from $200 to $390 was a direct reflection of your request to double the coverage. An increase in coverage directly impacts the premium. While we are in Lexington, we do serve customers across South Carolina. We're sorry to hear that you've chosen to seek coverage elsewhere, and we wish you the best in finding an agency that better suits your needs."
